Every order ships from our Berlin atelier within 1 to 2 business days. As soon as your parcel is on its way you receive a tracking link by email. Express deliveries usually arrive within 2 to 5 business days.

Germany: standard shipping €4.99, free from €80; DHL Express €12.99, free from €200. Europe: DHL Express €16.99, free from €200. UK: £23, free from £260. USA: $39, free from $380. Rest of the world: €45, free from €400.

Write to wearehere@mylberlin.com as soon as possible with your order number. As long as the order has not been dispatched we can change the address, the size or cancel it completely.

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with original tags and packaging. Email wearehere@mylberlin.com and we send you a return label and instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the return. Sale items and gift cards are excluded; your statutory EU right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order for the piece or size you want. If you are unsure about the right size, contact us first and we help you choose.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, iDEAL, Giropay, SEPA direct debit and bank transfer. All payments are encrypted and processed securely, and all prices include VAT.

Rings are listed in standard sizes 51 to 69, and our sizing guide shows how to measure at home. Clothing runs from 2XS to 2XL with German reference sizes in each product listing. Still unsure? Write to wearehere@mylberlin.com before you order and we help you find the right fit.

Selected pieces are available made to order in custom sizes. These are produced for you in our Berlin atelier and usually ship within about two weeks. Contact us with the piece and your measurements for details.

Our jewelry is crafted from stainless steel in gold, black and silver finish. Bags and leather accessories are made from saddle leather. Every piece is designed and made in Berlin and produced in small runs.

Store jewelry in its pouch or box, keep it away from water, perfume and cosmetics, and wipe it with a soft, dry cloth after wearing. Leather should be kept dry and out of direct sunlight. The full instructions are in our care guide.
