🧵 THE BINDING, RIBBONS OF CONNECTION

At the center is our reimagined Maypole, adorned with colorful ribbons made of fabric, chiffon, or silk.But these ribbons are not just decoration, they carry messages, memories, and thoughts. Every guest is invited to write their own ribbon and tie it to the tree, or attach a written paper tag to one of the ribbons on the tree.
What will you share? A sentence, a scar, a story, a beginning?Let it go. Let it be seen. Let it become part of something greater.
Whether softly written or loud and wild, every ribbon becomes part of a collective artwork.

Each ribbon represents a story. A memory. A transformation.As they intertwine, they weave a collective fabric, a pulsing archive of voices, thoughts, and life. Just like Berlin.
MYL is made to be lived in, danced in, and remembered in.This May is a thread. Tied to memory, emotion, identity. Pulled by the future. A month of becoming.
On Friday, 16 May 2025, we will transform our MYL BERLIN store at Elisabethkirchstraße 1 into a space for shopping, exchange, joy, dance and a ritual.

🍹 DRINKS TO REMEMBER

Alcoholic or alcohol-free, each bowl is a highlight for both eyes and taste.

🥂 May Bowle: This sparkling punch, infused with woodruff and floating fruits, is a nostalgic nod to centuries-old German spring traditions. The kind of drink that invites people in and starts conversations. It's a must-drink for our May ritual.

🟣 Butterfly Pea Lemonade: a color-shifting lemonade that turns from deep blue to magenta as citrus is added.A magical moment made for our theme of transformation – just like one drop of citrus turns the blue tea vibrant magenta, your message can shift the energy around you. One thought, one story, one voice can become a guiding light for someone else. Together, we weave a shared tapestry of strength, vulnerability, and unity.

🧵 THE BINDING, BÄNDER DER VERBINDUNG

Im Zentrum steht unser neu interpretierter Maibaum, geschmückt mit bunten Bändern aus Stoff, Chiffon oder Seide. Aber diese Bänder sind nicht nur Deko, sie tragen Botschaften, Erinnerungen und Gedanken. Du bist eingeladen, dein eigenes Band zu beschriften und am Baum zu befestigen, oder eine von dir geschriebene papier schild an ein Band zu hängen.
Was möchtest du teilen? Einen Satz, eine Narbe, eine Geschichte, einen Neuanfang? Lass es los. Zeig dich. Und werde Teil von etwas Größerem.Ob leise und zart oder laut und mutig – jedes Band wird Teil eines gemeinsamen Kunstwerks.

Jedes Band steht für eine Geschichte. Eine Erinnerung. Eine Verwandlung.Wenn sie sich verbinden, entsteht ein kollektives Gewebe, ein pulsierendes Archiv aus Stimmen, Gedanken und Leben. Genau wie Berlin.
MYL ist gemacht, um darin zu leben, zu tanzen, sich zu zeigen. Dieser Mai ist ein Faden. Gebunden an Erinnerung, Emotion, Identität. Gezogen von der Zukunft. Ein Monat des Werdens.
Am Freitag, den 16. Mai 2025, verwandeln wir unseren Store in der Elisabethkirchstraße 1 in einen Raum für Shopping, Austausch, Tanz und Ritual.

Ob alkoholisch oder alkoholfrei, jede Bowl ist ein Highlight für Auge und Gaumen.

🥂 Maibowle: Dieser spritzige Punsch mit Waldmeister und schwebenden Früchten ist eine Hommage an jahrhundertealte deutsche Frühlingstraditionen. Ein Drink, der Gespräche eröffnet und Erinnerungen weckt. Für unser Mai-Ritual unverzichtbar.

So wie ein Tropfen alles verändert, kann auch deine Botschaft das Umfeld beeinflussen. Eine Geschichte, ein Gedanke, eine Stimme, sie können Licht für andere sein. Gemeinsam weben wir ein Band aus Stärke, Verletzlichkeit und Verbundenheit.
