Payment
MYL BERLIN accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, iDEAL, Giropay, SEPA direct debit and bank transfer. All payments are encrypted and processed securely. Prices include VAT.
Shipping
In-stock orders ship from Berlin within 1 to 2 business days. Made-to-order pieces are crafted in our Berlin atelier first; the production time is shown on the product page. Delivery timing is estimated from the time your order has been paid in full.
We ship worldwide with DHL. These are our shipping rates; the exact costs in your currency are shown at checkout:
- Germany: DHL Paket 4.99 € (free from 80 €), DHL Express 12.99 € (free from 200 €)
- EU: DHL Paket International 10.90 € (free from 110 €), DHL Express 34.90 €
- United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and other non-EU European countries: DHL Paket International 17.50 € (free from 175 €), DHL Express 44.90 €
- USA, Canada, Mexico, Latin America and the Caribbean: DHL Paket International 24.90 € (free from 250 €), DHL Express 59 €
- Asia, Australia, Middle East and Africa: DHL Paket International 27.50 € (free from 275 €), DHL Express 69 €
DHL Paket International usually arrives within 3 to 6 business days in the EU, 4 to 10 business days in the rest of Europe and 6 to 14 business days overseas. DHL Express arrives within 1 to 5 business days depending on the destination. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel has been picked up by DHL. MYL BERLIN is not responsible for unanticipated delays beyond MYL BERLIN’s control.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the USA and Canada) are shipped delivered duties unpaid. Import duties, customs fees and local VAT or sales tax are not included in our prices or shipping rates. They are charged by the carrier or the customs authority of the destination country and are paid by the recipient before or on delivery. The amount depends on the destination country and the value of the order; please check with your local customs office if you would like an estimate in advance. Since 2025 the USA no longer has a duty-free threshold for imports, so duties apply to every order shipped to the USA. If a parcel is refused or not collected and returned to us because duties were not paid, we refund the order minus the shipping and return costs incurred.
Returns
You may return your order within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unworn, with original tags, and sent back in the original packaging provided. Contact us by email at wearehere@mylberlin.com or via the live chat and we will send you a return label; all you need to do is stick it onto the package and take it to a DHL parcel shop, or book a pick-up at https://mydhl.express.dhl/
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the return. Sale items and gift cards are excluded from returns. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

A. Instructions for cancellation
Consumers, i.e. any individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside those individual’s trade, business, craft or profession, are entitled to cancel any contract on the following conditions:
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (MYL SK GmbH, Charlottenburger Str. 62, 13086 Berlin, Deutschland, Tel.: +49 (0) 30 233 29 29 13, E-Mail: hello@mylberlin.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and not later than fourteen days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
General information
1) Please prevent damage to and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods, if possible, in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, please use protective outer packaging. If you are no longer in possession of the original packaging, please use suitable packaging providing adequate protection against potential transport damage.
2) Please do not return the goods freight forward.
3) Please note that the above general information in section 1 and 2 is not a precondition for effectively exercising your right to cancel.
