If your bag becomes dirty or stained, gently clean it with a soft, damp cloth and a mild soap. Avoid rubbing too hard or using excessive force, as this can damage the leather.
When not in use, store your bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. We recommend using a MYL BERLIN Storage Pouch or a breathable bag to protect your bag from dust, scratches, and excess water.
If you need to reshape the bag, stuff it with newspaper or tissue paper to help it hold its shape.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving confirmation of your purchase. If you are based in Germany, we offer complimentary DHL Parcel shipment for all orders. For those who require faster delivery, we offer the option to choose express shipment through DHL Express/UPS Express for an additional fee. Please note that all orders outside of Germany can only be shipped using DHL Express/UPS Express. Each country has a specific minimum order limit to qualify for free express shipment.
