To keep your Layered Round Necklace “Mirror Locket 2” looking its best, we recommend gently wiping it with a soft cloth to remove any dirt or residue. For deeper cleaning, you can use warm water and mild soap, followed by a thorough rinse and dry. To keep the mirrored surface in excellent condition, avoid exposure to water, perfume, and cosmetics. In case of accidental spills or stains, gently wipe the affected area with a damp cloth and let it air dry.
As the necklace features a flat mirror surface, we recommend taking extra care to prevent scratching or damage. When not in use, store your necklace in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and store it separately in a jewelry pouch to prevent damage from other jewelry pieces. We also recommend not wearing other necklaces on top of the Layered Round Necklace “Mirror Locket 2” to avoid scratching or damage to the mirrored surface.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving confirmation of your purchase. If you are based in Germany, we offer complimentary DHL Parcel shipment for all orders. For those who require faster delivery, we offer the option to choose express shipment through DHL Express/UPS Express for an additional fee. Please note that all orders outside of Germany can only be shipped using DHL Express/UPS Express. Each country has a specific minimum order limit to qualify for free express shipment.
