- Avoid using harsh chemicals or cleaners on your bag, as they can strip the leather of its natural oils and cause it to become stiff and brittle.
- If your bag becomes dirty or stained, gently clean it with a soft, damp cloth and a mild soap. Avoid rubbing too hard or using excessive force, as this can damage the leather.
- When not in use, store your bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat, and avoid hanging it by the straps which can cause stretching and distortion of the leather. Use a MYL BERLIN Storage Pouch or a breathable bag to protect your bag from dust, scratches, and excess water.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving confirmation of your purchase. If you are based in Germany, we offer complimentary DHL Parcel shipment for all orders. For those who require faster delivery, we offer the option to choose express shipment through DHL Express/UPS Express for an additional fee. Please note that all orders outside of Germany can only be shipped using DHL Express/UPS Express. Each country has a specific minimum order limit to qualify for free express shipment. Our jewelry is composed of at least 35% recycled material, and by 2023, we aim to increase this to a minimum of 70%.
All of our packaging is free of plastics and made from recyclable paper or other reusable materials.
We closely monitor our entire supply chain to ensure that we meet the highest environmental and social standards.
